DeBlack Eye Care Center

We have gone here for years. Family of 8, 6 of us patients at some point. We love the dr but due to being unhappy for 3 years with the optometry side, we have seen them for the last time. We will have to use them for service on the 1 yr warranty for my boys glasses but will not be back and seeking a new eye clinic.

I have been going to Dr DeBlack for essentially my entire life at this point, I can't believe it's never occurred to me to write a review. I can't fathom ever going to anyone else! I trust all the ladies running this place with my life. I can't recommend more strongly.

I have been seeing Dr DeBlack for several years. She diagnosed a problem no one else found. She was honest enough to tell me contacts are not possible with my diagnosis. Glasses arrive quickly and if I have issues with them, they fix them. Very happy there.

Recently started seeing Dr. DeBlack after years of putting off my eye appointment. The entire staff is super friendly and very helpful. They helped me pick out my new glasses and were very patient. They also were very quick on getting my glasses in. Over all if you are thinking of switching doctors or just have not been in years like me consider going to DeBlack!

Susan DeBlack has taken care of my family and our eye care needs from exams, glasses, and contacts for many years now. She is a trusted physician with a wonderful staff! The facility is always clean with up-to-date technology. Highly Recommend!

Love this place!! I was on my last couple of contacts walking around with two left eye contacts in. Fortunately I was able to call DeBlack Eye care and get in the same evening when I got off of work!! The ladies here are beautiful ppl. You feel as if you are in the right place as soon as you walk in the door. It was my first visit and they were very kind and patient with me, especially the lady who helped me pick out my frames. It took me a while to find the right ones LOL but I ended up picking out some nice frames and a years supply of contacts for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them to any and everyone!

The staff was very polite and welcoming. The technicians who assisted with my examination were knowledgeable and pleasant; they answered any questions I had without condescension. I saw Dr. Davis, but not for long; I felt like she could have taken a little more time to explain the outcome of my exam since I was a new patient, though I guess I should have asked more questions. Tina helped me get started with my contacts, and was patient throughout. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the woman who helped me with my glasses. I'm sure I tested her patience most of all; It was hard to pick a set of frames, but she was helpful and pleasant the entire time I looked.

Always a positive experience. They do a good job of taking care of patients. Highly recommend Dr. Cox. Answers all of your questions and is proactive about informing you of what she is putting in her records.
