Dr Maggie runs for office as a state representative four years he's put campaign flyers on my door and ignored by no soliciting sign or wrote a note saying he saw and respect to the sign and put it up anyway. I was recently looking for a good eye doctor I saw he at him as an option in Conway naturally I went to someone else.

I went in to see about making an appointment with the Dr Charton. When got to the window I greeted the young lady, by saying good afternoon and ask how her day was going, and that was when things went down hill in a hurry!! She looked up at me, if looks could kill, she ask in a sarcastic tone what I needed. I told her that I wanted to make an appointment with the doctor, at that point she just looked at her computer and again her attitude came out, she said "I "will" put you down for (she gave me the date and time) never asking if the date and time was okay with me. I told her that I had seen another doctor, not in their clinic, and I wanted to get his findings sent to them and again the attitude/tone of voice "give me the appointment card and I will put a fax number on". My family and have used this clinic, Dr Strossner, going back twenty plus years and love the care we have received, from him and his technicians. Something needs to be done with the up-front staff!! With out a doubt the worst reception I have ever received!

Dr. Strossner is the absolutely the BEST. so good to tell me everything that he's doing, keeps me informed all the way through exam and recommendations. He is a true professional. All the staff members were very helpful.

Was supposed to receive eye drops 1 week prior to surgery . Its now SATURDAY and my surgery is Wednesday and they didn't send it yet . Been on phone several times today with the answering service and still no prescription ..

The care was horrible. If you can make the drive go to the UAMS eye clinic they will take good care of you and answer all your questions

I have no complaints with my doctor, but the front desk just gets worse: incompetent & rude, for a minute I thought I was at the DMV
