They went out of their way and even ended up adjusting my mom's glasses on the spot. Stephanie looked up my insurance for me and gave me incredible insight on my policy. 10/10 would recommend!

They have late appointments available daily for the separate eye clinic and they get you in and out great service. They take VSP insurance and walked out spending less than 50 bucks altogether for a brand new pair of glasses.

Awesome and pleasant experience! Knowledgeable about the insurance benefits, and the types of lenses available are quality all the way. The best part is the PRICE! What I saved on glasses and lenses more than paid for my membership. Sarah was so kind. I was having trouble finding a frame that I liked and she brought out the samples in a drawer. I found exactly what I wanted! If you aren't buying glasses at Sam's you're losing money... the optician and her assistant are super. Kind and helpful and they take time to explain what and why. I am super pleased. I will post photos of the selection available when I return for my glasses.

Stephanie was extremely pleasant and helpful. I called on New Year's Eve to try to use my benefits before the year end. She was patient, understanding, and took the time to navigate through all the insurance nonsense to ensure that I wouldn't lose my benefits. She went above and beyond in both the ordering and pickup process, helping me navigate lense options and making sure my order was ready for pickup once arrived. Excellent customer service! I would highly recommend.

Glasses came in early which was great. Website says optical is open Sunday from noon to 4. Not true. Called today to verify glasses were in. On hold total of 15 minutes. Told they were in and I said I would drive there immediately. 45 mile drive for me. Arrived to find that all the optical people were gone on lunch break. Spent 15 minutes on hold to speak to a store manager. No response. I've been here waiting and have a tight turn around time. Would have been nice if they said they were going to be out and to wait until later. Will not use this Sam's again for glasses. Not the same service as when Austin was there.
