The people on Amity Rd. are pleasant and down to earth with no superficiality. Their clean and open floor plan makes viewing glasses easy and effortless. They took care of our needs and offered us water.

Fantastic staff. Great selection. Like this way of an eye exam and service, much more high tech & professional. Great selection of glasses. Kaylee was patient and a great help picking out frames and lenses for the whole family. Facility was very clean & professional. Very happy with our experience here!

The experience was wonderful. The technicians are personable. You'll leave away feeling like both you and them were working toward the same goal. There was no high pressured, rushed service. The environment was light and airy. This was my first time doing tele-health. I would definitely do it again. It was a thorough exam without someone invading your personal space.

I went in on their two day free eye exam event and as always, love them! Super fast and knowledgeable. In and out in like 45 minutes. Mrs. Jenny said she wanted to double check my prescription so I did come back the next day (only took like an hour and a half because they did pick up due to the free event). I'm so glad they got an office in Conway! They are an easy and affordable option for people like me who wear glasses every single day. The ladies up there are bubbly and crazy helpful, give them a try you won't be disappointed!

This place was awesome!! Arrived and was greeted immediately and offered a drink. The staff was professional and courteous. I had a great conversation with the manager, Doug. Very,very nice people. The price was so good that I fully expected a catch,but one never came,only a great deal. We returned less than an hour later to find one of the 2 pairs we purchased, ready to go,and polished for that extra touch of customer service. 5 stars,and I've already referred a friend, who will be seeing them next week.

Top notch customer service! I am one that asks a lot of questions and the staff welcomed my questions and took the time to answer them thoroughly! I am picky when it comes to my glasses and they worked with me to find the perfect pair.....they have worked with me to get them adjusted to have the most comfortable fit! When ordering my glasses, they were very clear about the cost of everything...I would simply ask if something was not clear to me AND they gladly explained. I had priced progressive lenses other places and Stanton Optical was cheaper and/or comparable to any other. Great place to take your business!

Worst eye exam experiences I have ever had. The staff are very friendly but clearly overwhelmed by walk ins which leads to very long wait times. There's no point in scheduling appointments in the afternoon. Expect to wait 1-1.5 hours. They seem to have equipment issues and trouble getting people on the virtual call or whatever for certain appointments. I also don't think my prescription is right. I also tried going to the Little Rock location instead which was way out of our way and the doctor just didn't show up for the pre-scheduled appointment. They called me to cancel it 10 minutes before the appointment after we drove all the way from Conway and arrived an hour early. I would never go back to any location. I will only use private practices going forward where I can trust a doctor is onsite and the exams are accurate. At this point, I am just glad I didn't buy expensive glasses from here.

Apparently I am very behind on the times, because getting glasses the same day isn't something I even realized was a thing! What a time to be alive! Or at least alive with crappy vision... I booked my appt online the night before for this AM & legit walked out with glasses and trial contacts!* Jenney and Quee were both incredibly patient & helpful. I didn't realize my insurance carrier had made some recent changes but they were able to get everything figured out for me & went to great lengths to work out the best possible options cost-wise. Due to the insurance changes, we ended up running way behind starting my exam. At my former optical place, that would have been met with either rushing me or an attitude about any small question I had. At Stanton it was the opposite-chill positive vibes only. They both looked up info for me without me even asking them to, got me insurance phone #s & went over multiple quotes/options so I could truly make an informed decision. Jenney also helped me decide on my final glasses choice, when I was having trouble deciding. If you're holding your phone out to read this, you should probably call them. *Just want to clarify to save some of ya'll any sadness or in-store meltdowns: Getting glasses the same day is only for single vision. If you need bifocals, have a bad astigmatism or need any fancy special lenses, they will have to order them.
