Let me start by saying this: DR. TODD IS AMAZING!!! He has the biggest HEART of anyone I've ever met. I love him and Courtney his tech. She's also great too!!! But THAT IS IT!!! Other than that I would have went elsewhere bc those ladies up front are something else. Staci is ok but other than that y'all are on your own. They have been nice but I can see where the guy said he felt a little put off. So let me say this if you want an eye doctor w a heart then look no further than DR. TODD but if you are looking for organization then please spare yourself the chaos and make sure it's documented in your chart so when your order is wrong they can refer to the chart. Anyhow again use DR. TODD and then make sure to follow up before they ever order bc chances are it's going to be wrong and you'll be waiting forever for a mixed up order :-/ like we did.
The support staff he hires is horrible. Find somewhere else to go.
If you (a customer) have the gall to ask the support staff a question while they're having a never ending non-business related discussion, then you better take a ticket, because they're always pissed to be interrupted. Then they'll continue their discussion and tell you to sit down. Which is a wonderful feeling... since your question / request was never answered or addressed...
Then there's the lovely frames shop. So the woman who is staffed there, if she's at her desk (rare), will eventually appear for you, don't worry, just stand around and waste your time, I'm sure you don't have kids, or a job, or a life, you can wait on her (sarcasm of course). I told her what I was looking for, she told me to go find it on the internet, buy my frames on the internet, and return to buy lenses... what? I was shocked. WOW. I asked if there were books, or if she could help me find what I want, she said there were books but they're big, and she referred me to the internet... again. So what the heck, I spent far less then I intended, and wasted far more of my time then I wanted to, but I found a pair I liked on the internet and bought them. The first thing she said when I returned was "oh my, why didn't you tell me these were the frames you want, we sell these!"... holy crap, I literally had to stand there for a minute and stare at her... All I can say is she and the desk staff made my experience even worse from that point onward, partly out of being horribly rude, and partly from being utterly incompetent.
Dr. Todd by the way, is pretty good, I like him. I'll never see him again thanks to his inability to hire competent staff, but thankfully there's a lot of other options out there... like the internet apparently...
Oh, and he does request that you give him feedback, but that filters through his support staff... so I never really saw the point, I'm sure it would find the trash can way before he ever got the chance to see it... but maybe he'll see this.
