An Optometrist that's very informative and in-depth, for eye exams ..but the one thing that turned me off from here, is the constant pushing of buying glasses from them.
Also stating you should never buy from other retailers [mainly more affordable online retailers like Clearly, or even Costco], because lack of quality, etc etc ..even though I've always had a fantastic experience with them and never any issues, personally.
All the boutique glasses shops, such as IRIS and Lenscrafters are EXTREMELY expensive and overpriced, compared to most other shops ..so prepare your pocketbook ($375 for a standard set of single vision lense replacements, on a set of aviator-style frames is madness, lol). $155 for eye exam is also on the high end of the spectrum for eye exams, fyi.

I just had the most thorough and detailed eye exam I've ever experienced! The optometrist at IRIS Langley was absolutely amazing--she took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable.
Rose, who helped me pick out my glasses, was just as wonderful. She gave me great advice on which frames suited my face and walked me through all my options with so much patience and care. I couldn't be happier with the experience and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality eye care and great service!

I had a wonderful experience at IRIS Opticians. Rose was very kind and welcoming, making the whole process smooth from the start. Dr. Ravleen was excellent, she took the time to do a very thorough eye check-up and explained everything clearly, which made me feel confident and well taken care of. The service was professional, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend IRIS and their team!

The doctor who saw me rushed through my assessment, and was more concerned with selling me lens products than actually listening or answering questions. From the doctor to the staff I talk to every interaction was unproductive and disappointing.

Even though we didn't have an appointment, Rose spent a significant amount of time helping my husband find his perfect pair of glasses. Not only was she extremely helpful with this process, she went above and beyond by adjusting his current pair for a more comfortable fit. Rose is professional, knowledgeable and truly went above and beyond for us.

I can't say enough good things about this location. All the ladies working here do such a great job: Alicia is a real tech whiz, Dr Khurana is an exceptionally good optometrist, and Rose is such a wonderful manager.
All about customer service, while also having common sense. A breath of fresh air.

Wow, this place was so amazing. When I walked in it was so clean and bright. All the glasses were organized neatly on the wall and there was a staff member right there to help me. I was very early for my appointment but luckily they could take me right away. I saw Dr. Kalkat who was very knowledgeable and provided me with all the answers to the questions that I had.
They directly billed my insurance plan and I was out the door. Would definitely retuen and recommend.
