Nadeem was amazing! I got 2 pairs of glasses for myself and not only was he extremely patient, he was knowledgeable about all of the products I asked about and even gave recommendations/advice. After check out Nadeem even fit the glasses to my head and they genuinely feel custom made. The store had a great selection of high end options, was extremely clean and it was truly a pleasure to shop here! Lots of great options to choose from!

Cole was absolutely amazing in helping me pick out the coolest sunglasses - this man deserves a big raise!!! He had such a nice demeanour, was so attentive to my needs, an excellent communicator, went above and beyond, and gave such great feedback. The selection of interesting, bespoke brands blew me away - I wasn't expecting to see this in Langley. Dr. Saggu was also fantastic and extremely helpful.

Can't say enough good things about the Lens R Us. As soon as I entered the store I was given nothing but great service. Their selection was impressive and they carried many model other stores did not carry. I asked about some other models online and was offered by staff to have them ordered to the store. Nate was attentive, knowledgeable and put up with my constant questions. I noticed he greeted each customer as they entered the store even though he was helping me. He acknowledged each customer making sure they were looked after. I must have spent an hour and a half before I actually made my purchase. At no time was I rushed into making a purchase. I ended up leaving with two pairs when all said and done. I would recommend Lens R Us to anyone and will be back again.

After discovering Lens R Us a few years ago, I refuse to go anywhere else. Although a bit of a drive from Burnaby, it is 100% worth it for my family and I. Exclusive frames, great prices, and excellent customer service. We usually deal with Nadeem, but all of the staff are very friendly. My 10-month old daughter scratched her eye on a weekend, and the owner made us an absolute priority to squeeze us in with the doctor to avoid a trip to the hospital. 5 stars absolutely!

I went to Lens r us at 72nd and King George October of last year. I believe it was the owner who practically forcefully sold me a pair of $850 Maui jims sunglasses and then a regular pair of eyeglasses. I say forcefully, because I kept telling him I wanted something different, but he kept convincing me to buy what he wanted me to buy. Finally I gave in. Because it was October, I didn't use the sunglasses till the following June or July. The progressive was so far up on the bottom that I had to tilt my head down to see while I was driving. When I finally brought this to their attention, as I expected, I was told I was too late. The other pair of glasses that he sold me, I also didn't use until about a month ago when my old ones broke. Two weeks into obsessively, trying to take care of these, the earpiece falls off on the cabin floor. I went by today to get my sunglasses and to explain about the other glasses and the response was sorry to hear that. Then I took my prescriptions and moved onto "your eyes only" on 96th and Scott Road. Crystal there was overly exceptional. My experience at Lens r us with the owner was terrible. Nathan is a lovely young man, but can do nothing without the owners consent. I will never return or advise anyone else to go there.

The eye appointment went well. The optometrist that helped us was kind and informing. After finding out my daughter needed glasses we waited around out front in the store for someone to be free to help us as my daughter looked at the frame selection for some she'd like to try on. A guy came over when he was done helping another customer and I asked if he could check my daughter's pd as I was considering ordering glasses on line but wasn't sure yet. He checked it and then started walking away. . I then asked if my daughter could try on some frames that she liked . And he literally said . Sorry we're too busy. Come back some other time.... ( there weren't any other customers needing to be helped at this time)so just because I mentioned that I was considering ordering glasses online he immediately brushed us off and wouldn't serve us as customers. My daughter had her eye on some frames in the display and if she fell in love with them after trying them on I would have purchased right there and then.... such horrible customer service. He made us feel very unwelcome and lost our business.
