i had the fastest, funnest (kpop-related ), easiest walk-in and walk out with new pair of glasses, despite breaking my frame and saving my lens, they didn't upcharge me.
they gave me some nice boxes just to store them. flat $85 for getting prescriptions.
excellent customer service and prices are reasonable (if you don't have insurance they give a 30% discount), i even felt compelledd to leave a note for Reno and Michaela (and Amy) who generously helped me out today!

I walked in with a pair of sunglasses that were missing a tiny piece and honestly wasn't sure if they could be fixed. Amy helped me right away, was patient and professional, and managed to fix them perfectly. She did it cheerfully and didn't charge me anything.
What really stood out was her attitude--kind, attentive, and genuinely willing to help, even though this wasn't a purchase or a big job. That kind of service says a lot about both Amy and the store.
