From the front desk staff (Stacy in particular!) to Dr. Sam herself everyone here is so kind and helpful! The office was clean and I was only one of two patients there. They had one of us in the exam room while the other looked at frames. It felt very safe. Dr. Sam's exam was thorough and fun. She explains things well. Their frame selection was fantastic from super affordable to splurges. Plus they were wiping down all frames between use so no worries there. All in all, I'm glad I found this office and will look forward to returning next year for my annual exam.

I really like Dr. Sam, and I think she's a fine and thorough doctor. But the organizational side of this office is quite disorganized, to say the least. I only wish that I wouldn't receive at least four different emails that come about a month apart saying it's time to schedule my next appointment. Those start coming about one week after I've just been in. Please, Dr. Sam, connect with those who send out the reminders and ask them to kindly just sent it one time when I really need to schedule, not so many reminders coming repeatedly.

Myself and my 5 year old went in an had Exams - the exams were quick yet thorough - and the Dr knows her stuff utilizing standard better than worse than scales told me my Rx had changed slightly and the in house studio allowed me to select new frames.
The doctor treated my child very well and quickly established his color vision, and that he required no corrective lenses.
They ram my vision coverage and knew exactly what each element would cost and made suggestions based upon my usage habits, not just to make me spend the most money possible.
Recommended to all who live nearby, and any who might be visiting the Mall across the street and need a new pair of glasses/contacts.
Just be sure to show up a lil early to fill out first time paperwork like all doctors offices.
