What is up with the staff? The doctor was cool as for everyone else... I came in asking for a cup of water cause I walked from the repair shop and they sent me to the pretzel spot outside. Valid maybe they don't have a water fountain. Also, no smile just "we'll be right with you." Then the moment I had with them as in confirming my appointment. They didn't ask me how my day was just "what's your name? Ok your checked in." Alright cool. After the exam... it was time to get the lenses and frames. The Customer service rep did not go over what my insurance covered, go over options, nothing! I mean wanted transitions and I went with brown cause that's what I'm used to however when we went to the register... they had a box of different transition lenses with Colors I have not seen and I went with a different color. If I didn't want the frames that I chose as bad as I wanted them I would have definitely walked out. I know you guys can do better. Peace!

My appointment was for 10:15 AM but I arrived when they opened at 10:00 so that I could fill out the necessary forms. No one greeted me, nor did I ever receive a hello. Instead, the employee handed me a clipboard and told me to fill it out. At 10:20 I asked the employee if the wait would be much longer. His reply was just "Any minute." At 10:30 I asked again and he was clearly angry that I was bothering him. In his defense, he was busy fixing his hair and cracking his neck. I share this not because of the wait, it wasn't a major problem, I share this because he was rude and as a paying customer, I did not deserve to be treated with such disdain. I was finally seen and the optometrist was wonderful. He gets 5 stars from me! After the exam I went to the front desk and the employee tried to charge me $39 for an extra exam I did not have. He insisted that I had to pay. I told him I didn't have the extra exam and I refused to pay. He finally went to the doctor who confirmed I did not have the procedure. No apology, no thank you. No more Lens Crafters.

She really took the time to dial my vision in and had me walk around with these on to get a better understanding what my prescription would be like in the real world.

Dr. Jenny Park is a truly great optometrist. Dr. Park expertly contact optimized my lens prescription for computer work without sacrificing my far vision. She explained everything carefully, expertly and efficiently. Dr. Park showed me the secret of quick and correct contact lens insertion which I had not known even tough I have been wearing contacts for decades. Dr. Park is caring, knowledgeable and profession. Thank you Dr. Park!

First and last time. High pressure on sale from every angle. Very poor customer service, you can tell they're stressed out, it makes you fell like you did something to them . I'm not sure how they came up with a $500 invoice for my lenses, where the same pair at Costco cost $220.00.

It was a great experience from start to finish. I felt comfortable at all times, was treated with great service as a whole, and it was a very informative that helped me!

Schedule a time with the doctor. Came 10 minutes earlier and they made me wait for 40 minutes after my time and tell me it might take another 25-45 minutes. They are unreliable and rude. They have 0 respect to the time they give you or to your time. 1 star review is too good for them. Go find another place. NOT RECOMMENDED!
