I've been a loyal Sunglass Hut customer for years but Emad changed my mind! I took a pair of Prada shades in with my fingers crossed that he could fix the arm that I broke off bc SH couldn't without charging me over $200. Emad fixed them while I stood there in less than 5 minutes! He was absolutely amazing and the customer service was just shockingly fantastic! The prices of the shades in the store looked very comparable to the hut but I didn't look too closely as I'm now not in the market for a new pair! He saved me hundreds but he will have my business from now on!
