Jory and the staff are amazing. I had some issues and they all made sure that I was taken care of and treated me with respect and kindness. The prices are good, the glasses are amazing and i am a very satisfied customer and will keep coming back. Thank you!

The Warby Parker Store at the Westfield Topanga is a first class establishment. Great products, great styles and "outstanding service." Jory Glick and his team are very attentive to their customers and work with them on getting the right frames and lenses. All of the sales representatives are knowledgeable, patient and helpful. And should anything be not right or need adjustment or correction, the Warby staff members do what ever is necessary to make it right for the customer. This store has a very healthy and positive culture and instills confidence that customers will be more than satisfied.

As a lifelong Costco optometry client, Warby Parker Topanga now has my heart. They have a wide variety of frames that feel unique and classic. The prices are very reasonable to boot. Went in for my teen's contact appointment with Dr. Jocelyn Wong. In the process met with the front of store employee Joanna, who not only accommodated me with a last minute exam for myself, but was very helpful prepping my daughter for her contact trial. Dr. Wong was amazing! She was friendly, but a great educator on eye health and definitely put some of my anxiety at ease with explaining the scans taken. Joanna was a stand out employee and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Throughout our time spent there the store got very busy, yet she constantly checked in with us through the contact trial. She was very encouraging to my teen throughout the whole process. At one point due to unforeseen circumstances Joanna was on her own, but I could see her checking in with everyone while she wrapped up one order, moved on to greet more customers and would give everyone updates on when she would be with them. She handled everything in a calm and graceful manner. Can't wait for our frames to arrive and will definitely be going back for annual visits.

The staff here is amazing. They are all so helpful and amazing. They all seemed happy to be there helping people. My one year old had a great time bopping around the store too! Every one was very knowledgeable about the products within the store AND they have a huge selection of their glasses.

I had such a wonderful experience at Warby Parker thanks to Jory and Mallory! They were both incredibly helpful, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. Jory went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of glasses that suited my style and fit comfortably, and Mallory made the experience so enjoyable with her warm personality and attention to detail. It's rare to find such genuine customer service these days, and they truly made me feel valued as a customer. I absolutely love my new glasses--thank you both for making the experience so seamless and fun!

Joanna is awesome and I always see her because she makes my experience so amazing! It's hard to find nice people nowadays that really help you out and she's great, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I will always come back to her whenever I need more glasses!

First time getting glasses in a long time and the staff really helped me find the pair I wanted. I wanted a different brand but gave them the general style; they helped me look around and gave me many options/ alternatives. When I requested a different color for my chosen frames they gave me alternative pairs to my requested colors which were nice to consider Didn't have to worry about working/looking for one employee; everyone stepped up in some way to assist me in shopping. Great staff, appreciate their help. Will likely shop here again Prices are affordable; honestly expected to spend more.

The girl at the Topanga store was the best I believe her name was Miley . Great attitude was able to explain what she had to offer and was able to help us along with other clients who were waiting. Excellent customer service.
