Really bummed with a recent visit to this office long time customer over 15 yeats came in to get my son fitted for contacts. New office staff not very friendly did not make us feel comfortable at all. Dr. Danita Sam very nice but evasive when it came to fees was in for sticker shock when they wanted to tack on a $125. Fee just for showing him how to put them in. REALLY (called around found other offices do not charge that fee). Well they have lost my business as well as my sons!!!!!!! Beware stay far away!!!!

Have been going to Dr. Sam for years. My parents went to her and my daughters go to her too. Everyone there is so nice. Dr. Sam is always thorough in the exams, and makes sure everything is just right before we order new glasses or contacts.

I have always had good service and good experiences for both myself and my two boys. Recently, my frames which were 1 1/2 yrs old needed to be repaired. Instead of sending them in and having to wait 2 weeks for them, they swapped them out with the brand new frame sample they had just gotten in. Love this doctor and her staff!

I have been going to this office for a while and until recently I was very happy with the service. A new staff member by the name of Angela has proven to be very rude and inefficient (Very Unprofessional ). Dr. Sam is amazing! If you can manage to deal with other office staff you will be ok.
