Specs Appeal Optometry

We stopped in today to get an eye exam and possibly new glasses. The staff was very nice and the Optometrist was wonderful!! We actually found out information we didn't know and they didn't charge us. We will go back there for the needed glasses after laser surgery. We highly recommend this place if you need glasses and hope the public makes use of the Specs Appeal! Five star rating happy we located a local place!!

Fantastically friendly Optometry. Dr Fischer has a very caring and professional manner, and the rest of the staff is always eager to be of assistance. Been going here for my eye care for years and I highly recommend the place. Large selection of frames ranging from deep-discount to high-end 'name' designers.

My husband and I have trusted Specs Appeal for our vision needs for several years now. We both wear glasses. We receive annual exams from Dr. Fischer, whom we cherish, and get new glasses every year, chosing from their ample offerings of fashionable frames. With our vision insurance, some years we pay nothing. Though this past December, we paid more for very posh frames ;-)

Specs Appeal is awesome! Dr. Fischer & Dr. Yurecko are both really nice. The office staff are also great. You have never have to wait long to be seen when you have an appointment. Will keep coming here for the foreseeable future!

It's been almost a year trying to make a decent prescription with these guys. And several hundred dollars down the drain. The Optometrist kept me waiting for more than one hour, and then provided me with a prescription that wasn't right. New glasses, at a large cost. Then, they gave me my old prescription in the old frames, with a promise of a call-back to re-examine. Still waiting. Every person on the desk says 'we'll call you sometime'. These are not medical professionals.

The whole staff is friendly and professional! I ran into an emergency while in West Hollywood from out of town and they helped me last minute. I would fly back for my follow up next year if it weren't for the traffic! extremely appreciative of the help!

Specs Appeal has been my one-stop shop for eye care for years. First for glasses and now for both exams and glasses. They care; they're helpful, and friendly. And it's steps from my front door.

This place is unreal They act really nice when you purchase but try to return something and you get the real mean people that they are. When I came in to return unopen contact lenses boxes after they told me we can return as long as the boxes are not open because they messed up on our order. The two girls that were in the store are as mean as they come trust me go in there and find out for yourselves To top it off after they refuse to return my money the actually thought I'll place an order. Found a really nice place down the street I will not name it as I do not want anyone to think that I'm trying to promote any business nor dfo I wish to ruin anyone's business But I do want other customers/yelpers to know who they are dealing with. P.s I'll attach some photos of the boxes just incase the store will comment on this by saying something other than the simple truth.
