Bay Vision Eyecare Optometry

Very helpful on getting my eyes checked and helping out my family getting frames and keeping us on right path to work on good eye care. I recommend them as very friendly staff been going here for over 10 years.

Is this the same doctor from the Hayward location near Safeway? I'm sorry I do not recommend going to see this doctor again. She screwed up my eye exam and didn't bother redoing it. Contact lens and glasses that were ordered was incorrect. And I paid cash.

Vik and his wife are amazing owners of this business, they helped me, my wife and my son all get glasses and did it so fast! I would definitely recommend them.

My blurry progressive Safety glasses were sent back as a "Rush" order to be re-done. It's been a month and I'm still waiting for them to come back. I have called and keep getting the run around. Where are my safety glasses?? I see a lot of complaints and I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering with them. I will not do business with Bay Vision Eyecare Optometry in Castro Valley again.

Would have given this zero stars, if given the opportunity ...Horrible staff, no one knows what is going !!I've stopped by there a total of five times to order my prescription safety glasses, and no one has told me that I needed an appointment. Staff keeps telling me to come back when the doctor is available, but he seems to be MIA as well. I finally got a hold of somebody today and they told me that I could not go in and that I needed to make an appointment in order to get seen. this place is a joke, I will take my business elsewhere.

I'll never go back there. I picked a pair of Flexon frames and asked if I could get them in gold the guy said yes it'll take about a week. So week later my husband picked up my glasses only they weren't my gold framed glasses they were an ugly brown. So I called and was told they're just temporary till your gold ones come in. They didn't mention that to my husband when he picked them up. So yesterday they called and said I have to bring back the lender glasses before the lab would ship mine and it would take about 3 days to get them. So I talked to manager yesterday and he told me the lab is now telling him they might not have them in Gold and he would see what's going on with them and get back to me today. I've called twice and he's to busy to talk to me. So I've been lied to about my glasses being ready. Sitting here with no glasses having a very hard time typing this. Still waiting for him to get back to me. Oh and it's been 16 days now since I ordered them. Might have to contact 7 on your side! This is very unprofessional!

Great facility, very clean and awesome selection of glasses and frames to choose from at the location.

Excellent customer service., the Dr. Is very attentive, patient, kind, caring, just a beautiful person all around. I'm so glad to have met her and the staff.
