Visual Insight Optometry

First I will start off by saying Yanni , who works here is Condescending, Unprofessional and has zero customer service skills . My brand new glass frames broke a month after I got them so I brought them into the store. I showed Yanni the broken frames since they are under warranty. She had me send her pictures and said it would be a few weeks until my replacement frames came in without further instruction . I came back over a month later to pick up my frames and Yanni says if I don't give her the broken frames she will not replace my glasses. I was not told I needed to keep my shattered frames and bring them back , they had been long discarded .I spent 900 on these glasses. Yanni admitted she did not explain clearly to me the procedure but still unwilling to honor my warranty . I will be letting my friends in the community know and I will be personally not returning to this establishment. Not recommended!!

I found Dr. Haw through a friend and have been seeing her for several years now. My past optometrist experiences were nothing like this. What sets her apart -- as so many reviews mention -- is how personable she is, and I can't believe I haven't written one until now. I enjoy our chats about everything from kids to travel during my visits. My whole family sees her now (finally got my husband to go!), and we all appreciate how thorough she is with exams and that she takes the time to answer questions.

Really great and nice doctor, but the service of the shop itself is by faaar not worth the price of the glasses!! I paid 300$ and ended up with glasses that were way too big, completely mis-measured... went there to get them adjusted and the lady went to the back and bent them with heat just to hand it back to me looking completely stupid now! Honestly want my money back for this incredibly poor quality service, not having glasses that fit!

Visual Insight Optometry has been a great help for my vision. Dr. Haw is amazing and she helped advise me on my insurance to get the best deal possible. Every exam tech that I interacted with was personable and informational and understood all my hesitancy and nervousness. They made me feel calm and in good hands! When selecting frames I just chose something low-key and functional but Yanni advised to go with something with a little more flair. She picked several frames for me and I put on a pair with sparkly Swarovski crystals and instantly smiled! Thank you again for helping me pick beautiful frames. Thank you Dr. Haw for explaining my exam results and taking wonderful care of my eyes!

What a fantastic office and optometrists! I came to this unbelievably professional office as a last ditch effort to pass my vision test and Dr. Kim Haw did not disappoint. She did more for me than two other eye care professionals and I received my license renewal without another problem. She and her office saw me more than they should have because of various issues, but each time I arrived, they welcome to me in without a trace of frustration in their tone. I am so grateful to visual insight Optometry and I'm already looking forward to my yearly exam in 12 months!

I really am happy I found this place. After having not so great experiences at my previous optometrist. My appointment here far exceeded my expectations. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff and a large selection of frames. Also the help I got picking out frames was great since I can't really see how they look without my glasses.

Visual Insight Optometry was able to get me into a next day appointment. The staff as well as Dr. Nguyen were amazing! I was able to have my eye exam and pick out frames in timely fashion, all in the same visit. Sophia was very helpful walking me through the process. Thanks to the prompt and professional care I received, I was able to participate in my league hockey game the next day. Would recommend!

Oh my gosh these guys saved my vacation! I ripped my contact lens while visiting from out of state and this office was able to replace my lens for me same day even though I have a strong prescription. I am SO grateful and cannot give enough praise! Definitely...hehe...contact them for your optometry needs.
