Today I had an appointment with the doctor to get laser on my eyes. But when I arrived the nurse couldn't find my name. The nurse told me to wait for over an hour to be seen. I waited for quite a while, then the nurse called my name. Then she told me she was changing my appointment to November 18th. But not here but in Escondido. I told the nurse that my eyes needed laser urgently because my eyes were bleeding. The nurse said if I wanted to get an appointment earlier I would have to pay extra. I told them my life was hard because to get here I had to spend over $60 on Uber. If I am in a different system here, please let me know 1 day before my appointment.

Front staff that checks you in are some of the worst customer service you will find in San Diego. Optometrist was great and explained everything. They just need a complete overhaul of the front staff. Fiver stars for optometrist and 1 star for front end staff

I made an appointment and had difficulty contacting the office for a follow up concern before my appointment. It took eight calls to reach someone (their VM was full and patients were unable to leave a callback number). Only one office staff was checking people in. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment time, yet when I waited to be checked in (3rd in line) I was told because I'm "late" that the doctor may not see me - really? I'm only "late" because office staff is shorthanded. Also, when I arrived for my appointment, a pungent, foul odor permeated the office - India smells cleaner, which may have been post lunch hour, but enough that I became instantly nauseated to the point I had to leave the office. No part of the appointment process to the actual appointment was professional or easy. Save yourself grief and go elsewhere.

Someone needs to get back to me about my prescription glasses. I bought them over a month ago and still haven't received them nor heard anything about the status of them. When I talked to one of the reps she said some company was refusing to give me glasses and she'd give me a call on an update regarding them in 24 hours. It's been over a week and half and they never answer the phone as well when I try to get an update regarding my glasses it's just a waste of time. I work 2 jobs and I have no time in my day to swing by and work it out with them. Ridiculous service

I have been trying to get the prescription for my glasses correct for10 months at one point my file sat on Sherry's desk for 3 months. The first physician did not even give me a reading exam. I had to return for a second exam for which I was charged because it was with a new provider and now I am playing the waiting game again! Oh and my frames have broken 3 times! Worst experience of my life

This place is a joke. Don't waste your time... and note that they're happy to waste a lot of your time! Front desk doesn't sync with what's actually happening with appointments, and call center.
