I went to my first appointment last year and it was great and was hoping that scheduling a year ahead would be beneficial. Unfortunately it was not so. Totally understand that the Dr is on maternity leave, I just wish the staff would of have done due diligence to reschedule appointments or let us know that the office is closed instead of receiving an automated text to confirm appointments. Wasted time at the office today that was closed.

We have been seeing Dr. Chang for one year
We have been very happy with his bedside manners it is a pleasure to go to the Encino office the minute we get into the office we are greeted with the nice professional staff big smiles. They are very organized and very thoughtful today my mom Juliette was given a pre Happy Birthday card which was a nice touch. I highly recommend this office.
