Greeted with kindness, the staff were friendly. My questions were answered. The doctor was straightforward and did not sugarcoat what she was trying to explain to me about my eye health, which I appreciated. She gave me great feedback and options.

Not only is Dr. Phoo's Staff absolutely superb, but he is a complete Genius, when it comes to anything that has to do with eyes!! After almost fifty years of having lost almost 35% of my eyesight due to a serious car accident, Dr. Phoo is the verrrrrry first Specialized Ophthalmologist who fully KNOWS what my eyes "really" see or rather what permanent, eyesight limitations I have actually had. He and his entire Staff have not only treated me with complete professionalism and empathy, but I have also had exams by two or three of his Assistants, who have clearly demonstrated a 100% level of knowledge and capability. I would definitely recommend Dr. Phoo and his office Staff!! You will not be disappointed!

I had the most amazing experience with my 10 year old here. He is a very active kid and is hard for him to sit still and go through an exam. Somehow doctor Phoo made it fun and easy for him and me. Even interacting and showing him pictures of his eyes (a total science/Stem experience) going out of his way to make him comfortable. From the moment I called to make an appointment (which btw, I had try to make appointments everywhere and they were all a month away) they had a cancellation for the very next day and I took it. Everything was smooth and easy, everyone in that office is ready to help and make your experience a good one. ten times recommend this place if you're looking for your next eye test/pair of glasses for your child or yourself.

Dr. Wong is thorough, personable and explains things well. The staff is friendly, also explains things well and efficient. Highly recommend!
