Hands down the best office from all the employees to Dr. Kagan himself. My experience from the beginning with my consultation to my eye procedure and aftercare was absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend Dr.Kagan for everything related to vision, upper blasphemy, eye care, all of the above he is the best!

I've been seeing Dr. Kagan for years now, and he's honestly the best. When it comes to eye care, he's incredibly skilled; any procedure or treatment he's done for me has always gone smoothly and with great results. He has such a light hand, you barely feel a thing, and he really takes the time to explain what's going on in a way that's easy to understand. What I also love is that his practice isn't just about medical eye care; it's a one-stop shop. He also offers aesthetic treatments, and he's got an amazing eye for detail. Everything is done with care and precision, and you always leave looking natural and refreshed, never overdone. Whether it's for eye health or a little aesthetic boost, I completely trust Dr. Kagan. He's knowledgeable, professional, and just really great at what he does.

It has been exactly a month since my cataract surgery, and I wanted to take some time before sharing my experience. I was referred to Dr. Arkady Kagan, an ophthalmologist, by both my physician and a friend, and I had also heard great things from others whose surgeries he had performed, or on their family members. From my first meeting with Dr. Kagan and his office staff to my final appointment, the entire experience was incredibly pleasant, and communication was seamless. Dr. Kagan is highly professional, knowledgeable, and truly a wonderful human being. He took the time to thoroughly explain and address all of my concerns and questions. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and scheduling appointments was always easy--they were always available when needed. Though I was nervous, the procedure went smoothly at a beautiful surgical facility. Even though I was awake, I felt no discomfort. The first day was a bit uncomfortable, but manageable. My surgery was challenging due to the depth of my cataract, and Dr. Kagan also corrected my astigmatism, which slightly extended my recovery. Within a few days, my far vision at night improved to 100%, and my close-up vision continues to get better. I'm very thankful to Dr. Kagan and highly recommend him!

Dr. Kagan performed my PRK surgery and I cannot recommend him more highly. He is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, my sight is incredible and the recovery was manageable because of his and his team's excellent care and instructions. He also has a bedside manner that made me feel like I was being cared for by a member of my family. He deeply cares about what he does and about his patients. I wish I could give him six stars!

Dr. Kagan is a skilled surgeon who did an amazing job of minimizing the discomfort of eye surgery while actually improving my vision, beyond just restoring it. You are in very good hands if you choose Dr. Kagan. I highly recommend him. Sight is precious, and you deserve the best.

Don't make my mistake! Dr Kagan makes first impression as a great doctor, very confident, speaks scientific terms, assertive etc. But it's very misleading. Example: I came to see Dr. Kagan for one specific reason - to get a prescription for my new glasses. Dr. Kagan examined my eyes and gave me his prescription, which I used to order my new glasses at Costco. Order was completed, I got my new glasses! I was surprised when it turned out that I see worse with my new glasses than old ones! I contacted the office of Dr. Kagan and asked if I can come to follow up appointment and if Dr. Kagan can give his expert opinion regarding the new glasses (maybe Costco guys made a mistake or something). "Yes, you can come" they answered me in the Dr Kagan office. So, when I came, Dr. Kagan's assistant asked what's wrong with the glasses. I say, I see with new glasses worse than with my old ones. She takes my glasses, goes to talk to the doctor and comes after half a minute, saying that I need to go to Costco and solve the issue there. I ask, what, Dr. Kagan can't give his professional opinion about what's wrong with the glasses?? "No, he cannot" - the assistant goes...Ok, I go to Costco to get a new prescription and Costco doctor says that the prescription I got from Dr Kagan is wrong! What a surprise! I knew that already, but Dr Kagan is so arrogant that can't accept his own mistake. Moreover, his arrogance and narcissism go up so much that he can't even talk to his patient and discuss their problems! No, what for?? He is too busy. Now, I want to ask you one simple question. If he can make mistakes with the prescription for glasses which is a 6-10 numbers so to speak, can he make a mistake with the surgical procedures that he does regularly? I believe these operations require many more numbers. Can he make errors there? I think you know the answer. Yes, he can. Do you want a doctor that not only can make a mistake where he deals with your precious organ but doesn't even want to accept his mistake?! No, you don't want this doctor! A big NO. By the way, today I got the new glasses from Costco and I see with them much better.

I have NEVER experienced a doctor who takes the time with each patient to make you feel at-ease and explains in detail what the situation is, or will be. He listens well, and has an energetic knowledgeable presence. His staff is excellent, they are helpful and considerate and wonderfully proficient at their jobs. I have been going to Doctor Kagen for about 3 to 4 years. He just performed a complex surgical procedure on me, and his follow up and attention to detail we SO COMFORTING AND SKILLED. He is not only gifted as a surgeon, but has a fantastic rare personality you don't find in many Doctors.
