Thank you to those who helped me see better. .Dr. Ishida was great. She was patient, friendly, experienced, professional and got my prescriptions correct for glasses and readers first visit. Chantal was nice and made me comfortable. Today, Ms Darlene was kind and made minor adjustments with the frames so they woukd fit better. Hadn't had an eye exam in a few years and the America's Best Fontana team made the experience worth the visit after so long. They were immediately very welcoming and my appointment went smoothly. They helped me pick out some pairs of glasses and walked me through the different lens options. This made the experience less intimidating and felt comforting knowing they were doing what they could to be as helpful as possible. Thank you Fontana team!

I went here to get my contacts and the Optometrist was very sweet. I was also helped by a very kind person to figure out how to use the contacts, they were very patient. I believe his name was Luis. Everyone was very welcoming and professional.

America's best contacts & eyeglasses in Fontana ca is the best place to go to for your glasses and contacts! Minerva (manager) went up and beyond to make us feel welcomed. She helped my husband and I pick out our frames, and let me tell you she had patience with me for being so undecided. When it was time to pick up our glasses April took her time in helping us adjust the frames and learn how to wear the glasses properly since we both had needed to get transactionals. I had a couple problems with my lens. One being they came from the manufacturer scratched. Not a problem the girls took care of it with professionalism and didn't even make a fuss. I had came back with a couple questions about what I was charged. My insurance coverage wasn't very clear . So Darlene took the time out to go back through what I was charged and broke it all down to me. Minerva, you have a very great and welcoming store and very professional team. Keep up the great job. I will most definitely be recommending this Fontana location to friends and family

They have the worst quality of frames I've ever used. One month after I got my brand new eyeglasses one of the arms broke off... since then my fiancee and mine broke again; in less than a year. Will never go back. We are currently searching to make an appointment at lenseCrafters, they have the best quality, I still own a pair after 8 years and working perfectly fine. I would never recommend America's best ever.

Very happy with my first visit to America's Best. Amy and Dr Sia did a great exam. Retail was handled by Minerva and April. Both did a great job of explaining options and cost. Friendly and funny. Pleasant experience and I will be back
