Dr. Nguyen and her team have been amazing to work with. I originally came in for a very last minute appointment and Dr. Nguyen was super communicative over the phone and made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. Because of the great service from her and her team, I came in again to receive updated prescriptions. She's very easy to reach via phone and text, and her office space is clean and accommodating as well. Pricing was very transparent, too. I highly recommend her office for eye care needs!

Came in for a severe cornea scratch injury and I was seen same day, right away.. Dr. was very comforting and helped me out sooo much (I was in so much pain). I even got an eye exam and was able to get the glasses that I've needed for years! I didn't even know I was so blind until I put them on .. also the ladies up front are very friendly and amazing ! Thank you all so much

Best optometry office in the IE area! My boyfriend and I decided to give this place a try and we were thoroughly impressed. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Nguyen is very knowledgable. She was very thorough during her eye exams and took her time answering all of our questions. They have a great selection of different frames available varying from all price ranges. Best part is that I didn't feel that they were trying to upsell me on anything, and truly recommended only what was necessary. I was so impressed with this place that I brought my mom and dad here a few weeks later. Everyone said that their prescription was perfect and are very happy with the overall service here. Their turnaround is fairly quick compared to other places, and their prices are VERY affordable for the quality that they provide. I would recommend this place to everyone I know!

Lovely experience from start to the finish! Dr. Mai and her team are so kind and considerate. And they are very flexible if you need to reschedule a visit or are running a little late to your appointment and give them a phone call. I really also like that the office is calm, clean, and just a really peaceful place of business. I have Lasik, so I just need to do my annual checkups and each time they have always been easy and no-rush at all. The team here is just really interpersonal, down-to-earth, and sweet overall. I have been coming here for three years and it is perfect hands now with Dr. Mai Nguyen! Thank you!

Dr. Nguyen is amazing. She did a thorough exams on my eyes. It was quick, smooth and easy. She explained in detail what should I do to keep my eye healthy and less dry. Also not to mention the office has variety of cute glasses frame. I think they have some kind of back to school promotion with the frames. Go check it out!!!!
