Dr. Macias is an exceptional doctor who has earned our highest regard. We consider him the best doctor we have known, and his professionalism, compassion, and ability to treat patients like family are outstanding. He has successfully performed several medical procedures, including surgeries and laser treatments, for my mother, who is now 86 years old. We have been patients since 2018 and we are impressed with the excellent customer service, particularly Josefina and Bianca. UPDATE: NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE OR NEW TEXT APPOINTMENT SYSTEM, HAD TO COME IN
Great Doctor, horrible front desk staff, ANSWER YOUR PHONES! Had to drive down to set up an appointment in person, they never return massages and phone goes straight to voicemail, be prepared to have to go in person to set up the appointment. The front desk is always talking among themselves in person, phones ring and ring and when they answer they put people on hold to continue their personal conversations. Dr. Macias needs to do something about this ongoing issue.
