Absolutely enjoyed my first visit here. Staff was super friendly, fast, and made the process simple. I was in & out within 20 minutes with my appointment. Amazing selection of glasses & the turn around for my glasses was 2 weeks! Normally I have to wait 1-2 months for my glasses with the location I used to go to. Anyone looking for a glasses provider look no further, you won't be disappointed!

This place is so friendly and helpful (especially the two ladies I met last year and again this year on 1-23-26 at I believe 11am. yall, my glasses STOLEN!). It just really feels nice when they remember you, also! But I must say MY optometrist did her big one this year on that day! All 3 of my glasses ( 2 glasses with my benefits and 1 sunglasses pair. All three are perfect to where my eyes didn't even need to just. Felt perfect since day one. I'm so happy I can finally wear my glasses and not worry about "is today the day my eyes adjusted?"

My kids and I had the best experience from start to finish at Visionworks. We were greeted with smiles and felt very welcomed as new patients. We were very involved and informed in our care and were given opportunities to ask questions. Even the casual conversation with staff was genuine. This was the most comfortable and welcomed I have felt in an optometry office...ever, no exaggeration. Even my kids were comfortable. We were never pressured into purchasing anything outside our budget and were informed of what our insurance covered so we were at least aware of our options. We definitely appreciated all recommendations and their understanding of our choices in lenses and frames. We will definitely be returning patients and look forward to seeing the wonderful staff again! I am terrible with names, but for all staff and Dr. Emmy Thai who worked on 10/6/25 in the later afternoon, we thank you for your kindness and excellent care :)

Usually I try do things by myself 1st before asking for any help, but when I tried all day trying to take the lens off my freaking sunglasses I gave up. So I googled the nearest place I can get help at and it took me here! Thanks to Nancy and Monique for helping me out with a quickness! Took them off in minutes!
