I was impressed with my experience with this office. After scheduling my appointment I received a text allowing me to fill out all my new paperwork. Much more convenient than showing up at the office and filling out.
While waiting for my turn, Janet and the other employee there were so friendly and amazing. Including during my eye exam. I felt extremely comfortable and welcome.
I also got a text when my new glasses came in which was also super convenient

I ordered custom lenses from here and received the worst quality. They became scratched with a fingernail. It was my first pair ever, so I never bothered complaining. After a few other pairs, I learned that wasn't normal.

Poor customer service. Also did not honor the warranty for my girls glasses. When my girl asked me if we could pay extra for the warranty i said yes because you tend to lose them or break them. He didnt tell me that they dont cover if theyre lost. But when she brought in her lense and frame he told her those are not the right frames. But i could have sworn they said the warraty covers if theyre lost or broken which i why i mentioned that when asked if i wanted to pay extra for the warranty. Im very upset about this. It seems like i should have checked the reviews before having my girl get her glasses there. Id like to give him 0 stars but it forces me to give one star. I am also going to file a complaint with the BBB. Im not sure if they can do anything or if he just ripped me off on the warranty. Id definitely read. the fine print if you do any business with him. Sneaky of course with fine print around people who need glasses.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. I went in SIX months ago for a routine vision exam. I had two prescriptions. One was filled quite quickly. The second prescription was filled later incorrectly with someone's prescription, not mine and not the Coach frames I had given them to put my prescription into. To top it off, I paid for these in full. I have left NUMEROUS calls to the center and was promised in January they would be delivered to me. No glasses, no calls, no correspondence since early January. I am literally using CVS store bland eye glasses. This place lacks leadership, responsibility, integrity and has a poor customer service. Now it is time for small claim court. Do not come here unless you want this level of horrible service.

Customer service is awful!! I have gone in 3 or 4 years annually. Last year was talked into buying 800$ Versace Rx sunglasses . This year they weren't so fortunate and my eyesight couldn't be corrected with glasses . I needed to be referred out for cataract surgery. They promised to follow up with the clinic they had referred me to. I even phoned and spoke with Mark twice about not being able to get hold of supposed cataract referral doctors office and he swore up and down he would take care of it. That was 2 weeks ago. Bottom line if they can't make money off you by selling you some high end glasses they really couldn't care less about weather you can see or not. Find another eye doctor that actually cares. These people clearly DO NOT.

Very poor customer service on the phone. I received a text that my mom's glasses are ready. When I called the office, the lady that picked up the phone had hard time to find my mom's name at first Then it took her half hour more to find the glasses and at beginning she kept insisting the glasses are not there yet. She told me we don't need appointment for picking it up. When I showed up next day which was Saturday, they told me I should have taken an appointment. However, Miguel at their office was very helpful and helped us out as fast as he could.
