Dr. Karissa Do is a kind and caring professional who thoroughly explained every part of the experience and answered all my questions and her caring and considerate staff were friendly and helpful. Even going back to get my glasses was a very pleasant experience. I've never needed glasses before and they made this whole process easy, understandable, and painless and when I needed glasses I got them quickly. What a wonderful job you guys are doing there! They are so friendly and really spend the time with you. That goes for Dr Vu and his entire staff. I have never had such a positive experiance at any doctors office.
My dad is 92 years old and they treated him like a king. Very patient and explained his questions in detail. He was and is very happy. The last frames he got make him look 20 yrs. younger. They have a real talent and we never had to wait for service. They dont over book and are very personable. Love this place!!
