I had such a great experience at Partners Pacific Optometry today. Everyone there was genuinely kind, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. I've honestly never had such a thorough eye exam--everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed. It really showed how much they care about their patients and the quality of care they provide. I left feeling confident, well cared for, and grateful. Highly recommend!

What started as just my husband and me back in 2008 has now grown into a family of seven, and through every season of life we have proudly remained patients at Partners Pacific Optometrist. Even after moving to the Inland Empire, we continue to make the drive because you simply cannot find this level of care anywhere else. From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed by an amazing staff--kind, patient, and always willing to explain every step of the process in detail, from insurance coverage to glasses, frames, and delivery. Everything is handled with care and clarity, making the experience stress-free and pleasant every time. We began our journey with Dr. Terada, who was wonderful, and after his retirement, the level of excellence only continued with Dr. Le, who is beyond amazing--knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly invested in her patients. We are loyal because we are happy. We are happy because we are cared for. It truly doesn't get any better than this. We love it here--everything about this practice, all around. Highly recommended! Partners Pacific Optometry is top notch! The environment is friendly, welcoming, and very professional. I have been a patient for the past 7-8 years. I have had routine eye exams and unplanned, emergency visits. Dr. Le always made herself available. She is knowledgeable, caring, and evokes a compassionate demeanor. Her entire team mimics these traits. She approaches eye health proactively and truly cares about her patients. On a scale of 1 - 10, Partners Pacific is a 20! I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Le to anyone seeking an optometrist focused on long-term healthy vision.

I wish I could see the optometrist twice a year, like the dentist! Dr. Le and her staff make eye care visits fun and engaging. While their main concern is my ocular health, it's interesting to learn about the industry's newest technology and products that enhance vision correction and comfort. The best part about my appointments though, is perusing their extensive collection of designer frames and envisioning my face's next accessory. I can't wait to pick up my new prescription and frames!

I've been going to Partners Pacific for many years- first seeing Dr. Stallings and now Dr. Noritake. The doctors and the rest of the staff are wonderful. They are always pleasant and friendly, totally willing to take time to answer your questions. I absolutely recommend them for your eye care needs.

I am so incredibly grateful to the team at Partners Pacific Optometry. I was experiencing some eye symptoms today and was worried it was an emergency. I arrived right at their closing time, and instead of turning me away, they were incredibly kind and understanding. They stayed late just to give me a full, dilated exam. Dr Noritake was so thorough, and took the time to explain everything to me, which gave me complete peace of mind. I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond.

My first time visit and I felt very well taken care of by the staff and Dr. Noritake she was very detail oriented and explained everything to me I was very happy with service and definitely look forward to my next annual visit!

I really love the staff here, Dr. Noritake is excellent (and my favorite!) and her advice for my overall eye health has made such a difference in my day to day. I appreciate the text and email notifications they send out to book appointments as well. Overall Partners Pacific is incredible at what they do!
