Golden Hour Eye Care

I just got my first set of progressive lenses at Golden Hour Eye Care inside Costco, and I couldn't be happier! The entire experience was smooth and comfortable from start to finish. The doctor was very kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel at ease. I really appreciated how welcoming and professional the team was--it made getting my first pair of progressives a great experience instead of a stressful one. I highly recommend Golden Hour Eye Care for anyone looking for excellent service and a caring approach!

For sure this was THE BEST eye exam I have ever had. For the 1st time in my life I felt, when I left, that she had provided me a prescription that could not have been better. Dr. Rajani was very thorough, conscientious, and precise. She's a good communicator too. Easily 5 stars.

The staff were all really friendly and nice, efficient ran right on time for the appointment. They were great about confirming the appointment and sending the paperwork in advance. The office was nice and clean. This Costco location is partially easy to get to since it's there right when you walk in.

Had an appt with the new provider inside Costco yesterday. Very easy to work with. Dr is great but looks like she's still in high school! Honestly a great visit, on time, and reasonably priced.

My visit went so well! Some people like myself get nervous for all types of appointments but the staff made it super comfortable and enjoyable while also maintaining a professional atmosphere. I highly recommend this location! I will definitely be coming here for my annual eye exams!

Our mistake, this was our first time getting an eye exam at a hospital Costco location . Office staff is nice , However, it seems like because Costco is always busy The doctor we saw wasn't willing to spend time and had a little bit of Arrogance in his attitude. My husband still went through the exam because it was covered by Insurance And received his prescription, but I don't recommend this purely based upon how busy Costco is as an inconvenience and especially because of the low level of service, I felt like we were shuffled in and out. We can definitely get better service elsewhere.

Quick and easy! Friendly staff, friendly & knowledgeable doctor. Very clean office with all the latest technology &equipment. Would recommend to a friend!
