Doctor's wife is the most horrible and rude person
The doctor is very nice but if there is any problem, they do not want to help you to resolve it. They will blame it on you instead.

I purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses from this office in 2024. The coating on the lenses is now crackled all around the edges and bubbled a few places away from the perimeters. This is due to a defect in the lenses rather than how I have treated them. I wear them daily and otherwise store them in a soft container in a closet. I only clean them with a microfiber cloth. They've never been left in the sun or in my car, places where the environment might have caused the damage. When I called the office to see if they would replace them, they said no because I was one month outside of the warranty period. It's very disappointing.
