Absolutely LOVE this place! Hands down my preferred optometrist by far. Dr. Ly & his wife are so incredibly friendly & welcoming; I always feel so comfortable when I walk through their doors. They are so informative & accommodating & take the very best care in what they do. The location itself is a 10/10 as well. Very clean & organized, with a wide selection of glasses despite not being a huge location. The exams are thourough & done so with a friendly welcoming presence, addressing all of my concerns. And of course I found not only 1 pair but 2 that I love and work within my budget. Will definitely be back. Don't sleep on this place, they're great people who do great work

I've been a patient here since I was a kid, and I truly wouldn't go anywhere else! Both Dr. Ly and Dr. Duenas are absolutely wonderful. They are both so incredibly patient and kind. They always answer all of my questions and I don't feel rushed. Even during the exam I can tell they are very thorough. You can really tell they care. I've trusted this practice for years and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience here. My children were new patients and we felt very welcomed when I first booked the appointment, walking in the door, and to the end of our appointment. We saw the male doctor, can't remember his name but he was very nice, and took time explaining everything. Once they're exam was completed we were helped by Sonia, who was able to place our order for glasses and took the time helping find the right fit for my boys. We appreciated our service from the initial point of contact and til of our visit, and picking up the glasses. Thank you Sonia for your help.

They have the worst customer service. The girl who works there is very unprofessional, rude, and has the worst customer skills ever. I have been coming to this place for over 20 years, but I am definitely changing to a different place where I feel welcomed and not talked down to. Last year my contacts order didn't arrive til two months later. This year I've been waiting weeks and I called and she says they didn't order them because I didn't go for a follow up. Really? I have been wearing contacts forever, I didn't even get a new pair when I went for an eye exam. Obviously she got the wrong person and yelled at me over the phone for not letting her talk when I tried to tell her who I was claiming she was training someone and was super busy. How is that my fault for getting yelled that? Then, when I was about to pay for my eye exam weeks ago she tells me how much I had to pay and if I was okay with the amount before she placed the order. Like really? did she think I was begging for free stuff? no. I'm sorry, but I hope Dr. Duenas or Dr. Van Ly, reads this review, you guys need someone there who loves their job and is not angry all the time because they get busy. I am a professional myself and I am just so disappointed at how I am getting treated for my services.
