What a great appointment my family and I had. Dr. Lee and his staff were kind and welcoming to my kids and I. We had all our questions answered and they were patient as we tried on A LOT of glasses. We loved our visit and will definitely be going back!

I'm from Florida and dropped my glasses today, making them crooked. I went to get them fixed, and this amazing place, led by Dr. Lee, adjusted them perfectly and refused to take any payment. It was great service, very professional, Great attitude, and I'm grateful to see clearly again. For all the locals, this is a wonderful place to do business. God bless you, Dr. Lee.

I'm glad they take Cal Optima! It was really hard to find a place for Saturday. The Friday before I made an apt for Lense Crafters, but diverted when I realized I wasn't covered. My husband and I called everywhere and found this place. It was well worth the 20min drive from Newport Beach. An hour before closing they took me in and did eye exams. I also got to go home with some contact lenses to try out. During this time I ordered more from Dr. Lee. I've never had such great service last minute. All the admin were so kind as well. They allowed us to roam around for glasses, and just waited a week for contacts and 1 week and a half for glasses. My following visit was the next weekend, and I was informed of my eye scar that I need to watch out for. I got to go home with contacts, glasses, and great info.

First off, I've been to this place back in 2018 and it was great. However, I need to get an eye exam so I called and I believe it wad a Sharon who answered. The most rude, robotic and un-friendly person I've ever spoken to. I was trying to schedule an appointment but there were huge gaps that didn't fit my schedule, so Sharon was just aggressive in our conversation I finally gave up. I said, you know what, forget it. I'll go somewhere else where they are mote friendly. She started stuttering but never offering an apology. Was I too sensitive, maybe, however customer service is everything. I called another local optometrist and booked myself and my wife. So Prime Eye Carw loses on two people. BTW, the other optometrist was super friendly and very welcoming. That's all I was asking for.

Fantastic doctor; very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Dr Lee and his staff are flexible and understanding and provide exceptional patient care. Go see him!

Sharon is a pro and Dr Lee was awesome. So glad I came here from America's Best, never going there again. Highly recommend Prime Eye Care Optometry!

Friendly staff, great with kids, and wonderful selection of glasses. We have been coming here for years and recommend to all our friends and family.
