America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

After going to several other Optometrists in the San Dimas area who gave me outrageous prices and said my daughters pediatric insurance didn't cover much, I decided to try America's Best to see if they took her insurance. Susie helped me look up my daughters insurance pediatric plan and offered services that would best fit our vision needs and budget. She was honest and upfront about pricing and very knowledgeable! She was very patient and happily answered all my questions and concerns. She provided the best customer service because she truly cared about my child's vision needs! My family and I love this Optometrist and plan on returning every year! Thank you Susie!

This place has nice and professional people and they have a lot of choice for you. I definitely adore this place.

The quality of the lenses is extremely cheap. I walked in thinking I was going to get a deal. I paid for 2 pairs of glasses around $500. In other opticals that is what I normally pay for some Ray-bans and they last me for more than a year. It's been 3 months and the lenses I bought here are already scratched from just cleaning them. The only reason I bought the glasses was because if I didn't they were going to charge me for the exam. I thought I was getting good quality lenses just not name brand. Disappointed, will never shop here again.

My friend referred me to this optometrist office and I got my glasses here at the beginning of 2021. Dr Chang, the optician, the assistant to help me pick the frame and everybody else are very patient and helpful. Both the glasses are nice and sturdy. The price is good without using my insurance. I am happy with my glasses and the service.

At the glendora facility, Aurora and the staff were very helpful and courteous. I have purchased glasses there in the past and they have always supplied great service. Thank you for your dedication to help customers.

The 4-stars are for the employees at the San Dimas office they were very helpful and nice. Could not give a five Star because my left lens is not focused, 2nd time that I've had this problem with Americas best. Will have to look for another place .

Went in for a screw replacement for my sons glasses and it took them over 8 hours and more because I still haven't gotten the call like the associate said they would once they are done they were dropped off at 10 this morning and nothing was done until I called around 4:30 pm and they were now starting the glasses along with the associate ms. Azucena at store #3724 located in Glendora did poor customer service today because of the attitude she had for the simple fact that my husband was upset that it's taken them 8 hours for a simple screw replacement and over all the pairs of glasses we bought didn't come with everything listed on the receipt which is the anti reflection coating it in fact didn't have anything we asked for never had an issue until now . And our son goes back to school tomorrow from winter break and doesn't have the other pair of glasses that simply needed a screw replaced.
