Arrow Vision Center Optometry

I'm a new patient at Arrow Vision Center and had such a great experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Bettelheim was fantastic--very thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I truly understood my exam and options. I never felt rushed and really appreciated how detailed and attentive he was. Overall, a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Arrow Vision Center to anyone looking for great care and a friendly, professional team!

My first experience with Arrow Vision Optometry was great. I loved the people who were assisting me. The doctor was very professional, and the person guiding me with my eyeglass preference was very professional, informative, and had a great attitude. I'm going to make this my optometry center for getting my glasses and my eye check-ups from now on.

My first visit went exceptionally well. Different eye exams were given to check the many parts of the eye. My vision had not changed much from last year's visit at another place. However, the doctor did recommend a change in eyewear because I wear progressive lenses. His suggestions made much sense to me. Therefore, I did order new glasses. Healthy eyes are very important to a senior citizen. Very happy with the doctor and office staff.

Arrow vision is amazing the doctors and techs are amazing they are very kind and helpful. We look forward to our visits and my son has been coming here since he was 4 now he's 10.

Great service Daniel was very professional, helped me pick out glasses and didi was very kind and explained the whole process of the test. However marci or marly the receptionist was not so professional. I overheard her making comments about her coworker and making rude jokes, very disrespectful to her coworker. Anyways very satisfied with dr Choi was super helpful and nice. Thank you!

My family and I have been coming to Arrow Vision for over 6 years. Doctors Choi and Dr. Bettelheim are very detailed and thorough with their eye examinations. They provide a treatment plan and answer all your questions without rushing you out of the room. This is a big plus! The staff is friendly and accommodating when setting appointments around your schedule. A few months ago, I had a regular eye exam. It was found that I had thickening of the gel like fluid behind my right eye, as I had been experiencing flashing lights and floaters. Dr. Choi alerted me after seeing the images of the back of my eye. Luckily, I was able to get authorization to see an Ophthalmologist at another doctor's office, and no retinal tears or detachment were found. The follow up exams were covered by my insurance. The Arrow vision center has parking for approximately 10 cars and a side ramp for wheelchair access. I highly coming here to get your eyes checked. They are proactive with your eye care needs.

I found myself in a pleasant atmosphere. Staff addressed me respectfully, and swiftly. Dr. Bettelheim's pace is refreshing! Gentle, peaceful, and informative. The staff counters the healthcare's stereotypical attitude of rushing. Thank you Arrow Vision!

This was my first time coming here and everything was great, the doctor was friendly and knowledgeable and so was the rest of the staff. I will definitely come back here again I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.
