I'm very disappointed with the scheduling experience at this eye specialist's office in Glendora. I scheduled an appointment for my mother-in-law, and after confirming it, I received two separate calls asking to reschedule. The first time, the staff member named Kate agreed to keep the original date after I explained the urgency of the visit. However, about a week later, she called again requesting to move the appointment all the way to December. This repeated rescheduling and lack of consistency made the process frustrating and unprofessional. It reflects poorly on how the office values its patients' time and medical nee
