Glendora Vision Center(now Glendora Optometry)is FANTASTIC!! Great doctors and staff! The care I receive is phenomenal! Very knowledgeable and supportive! I have been going for a little over 10 years now. Not only is my eye treatment and exams thorough, the care I receive in picking out glasses is patient, helpful and supportive! I struggle with finding glasses on my own but the staff make it easy and painless every time. I also get tons of compliments on my glasses! Every single person (which includes the front office staff) there is kind, warm and personable! I actually enjoy my annual visits:) Thank you Glendora Vision/Optometry!!!

I was a newcomer to the place, and I was seen by Dr. Silva. Dr. Silva was kind and patient with me. The check-in was smooth, and there was no wait time. The female staff who helped me with the glass selection was extremely kind. Thank you so much!

Everyone at Glendora Optometry is amazing, from the office staff to Dr. Lourdes to Hector. They go out of their way to make sure they get it right, the prescription, the fit, everything. They are courteous, patient, and genuinely loving. Best experience ever!

What a wonderful office, from the office cleanliness, well organized. The doctor was very detailed, thorough and educated, especially since I have a TBI traumatic brain injury. She took much time with me and paid extra attention to my needs. Staff is kind and friendly and knowledgeable also. I was very impressed with the overall whole experience. They take time and make sure all your questions concerns and needs are met as a patient.

I've been a client of this location for over 20yrs. Always friendly staff and doctors. I never thought anyone could match the knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism of Dr. Randy Burt, now retired after many years there. I'm now being seen by Dr. Silva-Said for the last few years. Let me tell you, she is every bit of outstanding that Dr. Burt was. About a year ago we saw something in my eye exam that needed to be relayed to my primary MD. Everything is OK with my eyes today, but I cannot forget the exceptional level of care I received from Dr. Silva-Said and staff. She checked in on me during the process and followed up with my MD that received the notes, exam, etc. It was unexpected, especially in today's world where healthcare members can seem as just a number. I think back on my experience and realize I felt more like a family member rather than just a client. Highly competent, professional, and knowledgeable herself, Dr. Silva-Said comforted me through a scary experience every step of the way. You don't get that just anywhere, but you do here. I hope she never moves or retires!

Great overall experiences. I went in for a check up and it's my first time at Glendora Optometry seeing Dr. Silva. She was very tentative and helpful. The staffs were great at helping me pick out my glasses. I ended up with both prescription glasses and sunglasses and I am very happy. Highly recommended!!!
