HORRIBLE! Had a prior discussion over the phone that we only wanted treatments covered by our copay and anything else would need to be discussed and agreed upon beforehand. They went against our consent and added additional fees AFTER the visit and would not let me leave until copay AND additional charges were paid. They are a money hungry chain. They FORCE you to do all the stuff that gets them money.

I should have listened to the reviews. If you have a choice, DON'T go here. They're a money hungry chain. It's the Western Dental of vision. They force you to do all the stuff that gets them money. I was going there for something else and they did not care because What they want is to get more out of my insurance. Stay away from any of their branches.

The woman at the desk was very rude she said she had appointment and she was closing in 5 minutes
I left the prescription and asked whatever the insurance covers because I never had a problem with Arrow Vision. When I received the glasses they only lasted 2 months and the prescription ran out I can see better with out them but I have problems reading. They told me that they could order a new pair and wanted $700 . Maybe they are running a scam with United Healthcare Insurance? Well who do I report this problem? I feel they are abusing the elderly and extorting money from people with fixed incomes. Sincerely Joe J Serrano

Worst service, the main call center is horrible. They make fun of you and give you a run around even when you tell them its for your elderly mother who is almost blind and needs to see a specialist right away. Worst eye group

Wow - I am surprised regarding the poor reviews. I recently switched to Dr. Tran here at California Eye Specialists and had an excellent experience with minimal wait time. The doctor honed in on my potential early-stage glaucoma and set a plan to monitor. Also filled my lens prescription and fitted me for contact lenses. Yes, the office was busy, it seems to be a popular eye care center.

Honestly, if I can give less than 1 star I would.
The place is packed, worse than a meet market. It felt so disrespectful to have over 25 people waiting to see one doctor.
I wanted to leave, but I have already taken a vacation day from work to bring my MOM, who's 84 years old.
Front desk said, oh they didn't tell you that it will take more than 3 hours.
Very disgusted by the whole process.
I understand they want to make money, but make money with some respect to your patients.

Just don't do it! This is place is accepts many different insurance but the quality of care isn't here. The worse is the optical department. Don't fill your prescription here. They have the worst customer service here. Plus, they have very poor selection of frames and it'd take a very long time to get your glasses! They're too lazy to make any adjustments to your glasses when you first put them on. Go elsewhere.
