My first experience with changing my lenses went great, but I can't say that for my 2nd experience. I went in asking to order two pairs on my Insurance. The lady said my insurance didn't cover it and I argued with her about it. Someone came from the back and said yes my insurance did offer two frames. So I decided to get two frames and lenses that day. I thought the first pair went good without a hitch, until I went to pick them up. My second pair of sunglasses is a different story. They were shipped out with my specs, but then I was called back a week later and was told that they cannot do glass for sunglasses for the type of frame I chose. I had to come back to choose the style of plastic. Then I had an issue with the billing. They said it was up to me to fix. They Sent me a patient portal link where I had to upload my own receipt to the insurance. This whole time they were telling me it's my issue and not theirs, keep in mind, I never had to do this for the prior seven years that I've ordered glasses. I brought the letter that was asking for proper documentation, they again assured me that it's my issue and not on their end. I went to pick up the first pair and they came with pink lenses. After I complained about all my issues that I've had, the lady suggested that maybe I go somewhere else because I was not happy with their service. I wanted them to make it right and fix their mistake. I asked that they call the lab and see if the transitions added was the pink issue? I had them remake the glasses without the pink but still glass. Upon leaving the Lady also noticed that the receipt that they had printed for my claim was wrong. Probably the reason why it was denied by my insurance. I never got an apology or a sorry for the mistake. I am very unhappy with this place and will not return. Hopefully this review will help someone in the future and will my make the same ordering mistakes as I did, as their sales team is not knowledgeable or professional. Save your time and shop somewhere else.

Optometrists is very knowledgeable he suggested my 9 month old daughter get her eyes checked. Took her to a different optometrists and sure enough she needed glasses. Service is great. Sometimes they take a bit long to notify you when something has arrived or when your appointment is due but I blame the automated system they use. The automated system calls you when they have received your glasses and are ready to pick up usually is a couple days late. It a good office overall my son and I are patient don't plan on switching anytime soon.

I have been going here for a decade or so due to the great service provided by Dr Darren Ng and his staff. They have always been very personable, knowledgeable and willing to help with my eye concerns. Not to mention, they always keep a great selection of really great eye wear in stock to choose from. I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Ng is the best Optometrist I've ever been to. He's very thorough and prompt. His staff have always been excellent and my family has been seeing them for about 10 years! 5 stars all around.

Dr Darren and his staff are top notch! Very nice, personable guy. Knowledge and awesome bedside manner! He was very sweet with our 6 year old daughter. Plus he makes balloon sculptures!!

I found staff to be very friendly and helpful. Dr. Ng took the time to explain everything to me and was thorough. This will definitely be my new home for eye care.

Been going to this optometry for a decade and missed one appointment and the charge was $35. Other places you are allowed to miss one appointment and next is a charge. Selection of frames is basic that cater to the general area.
