This is an excellent optometry office! Dr. Gabe Respicio is a great eye guy! The visits are very thorough, professional, prompt and courteous. Setting is very comfortable and it was just an all around pleasant experience. Would highly recommend and will continue to be a valued customer!

Dr. Respecio takes his time to explain the pros and cons of each option. He is not rushed and makes you feel valued. He tried a different way of correcting my vision and it really made me feel off. I let him know and he immediately returned the contacts and ordered new ones for me (probably at a loss for him). I was really grateful that he did this. Grace, the office manager, is really attentive and knowledgeable. Overall, it's a great office! Thanks for the wonderful vision care.

Dr. Respicio and his staff are amazing. He took very good care of me and my daughter. They are very friendly and transparent. Lots of designer frames to choose from. I was in desperate need to get my eyes checked, my glasses were on the verge of breaking, no contacts. These folks told they were able to see me same day, so I went and got a full check up. Probably the easiest experience I've had with eye doctors, and I love that he actually explained to me what the machines were doing, what the data is doing, and what the images mean. The layout of the place is wonderful, I felt like I stepped into another world walking through their door. A wide variety of frames to select from and the service is top notch, highly recommend!

Dr. Respicio has been taking are of us since 1998ish. We started with him in Daly City and now receive care in Hercules. We moved to Nevada 3 years ago and have continued to make the drive to see him because there really is not a better eye doctor on the planet. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Respicio, his office, his staff, everything is top notch. I tried someplace else last year, closer to home, highly recommended, etc. I will be driving the 3.5 hours until Dr. Respicio retires.

The doctors at Optometry by the Bay are professional and very nurturing in their explanation of your eye situation. Their equipment is state of the art, it is very easy to get appointment times and they are flexible with changes in appointments to fit your busy schedule. My entire family goes to OBTB and don't look elsewhere for their eye care and eye wear. They have extensive selection of very nice designer frames. I would highly recommend that this place be checked out by anyone who is seeking eye care/wear advice.
