5 stars for Drs Tompkins, Tully-Hanson, and Mimi Phan. I've seen each of them for different things recently and the providers are GREAT and unfortunately had 2 urgent eye appts that I needed! Your exchange is HORRIBLE to work with trying to make appts. Today I spoke with Miriam in your customer service and was kept on the line for 35 min. That's ridiculous! I needed a same day urgent visit today and she was trying to tell me she was "leaving a message at the HB office". A message isn't good enough. I needed her to SPEAK with someone to get me an appt today so I asked her to call and speak with Beatrice in the office since she is great and responsive and would help get me in. I spoke with Beatrice, office manager and this is not the first time the exchange isn't easy to work with and she indeed did make an appt for me today to see Dr Phan. Another time they said they contacted the HB office and the office staff said they did not when I had another urgent eye situation. I trust the office staff as I've been going here for years and they have no reason to be dishonest with me and have ALWAYS been helpful. As far as I'm concerned, your outsourced exchange should get -5 stars. They are horrible. I would hate to have to leave this group since I've been coming here for years, but your exchange makes it a chore to even make an appt. We deserve better than that and so do your providers. The providers are great, but when the exchange or office staff aren't helpful, patients leave the practice. In this case, it's the exchange that would cause me to look for care elsewhere. I know I can't be the only one AND this has happened more than once when I needed an urgent visit. The staff and HBH are excellent! So this review should reflect THEIR excellence. Unfortunately your exchange caused it to go down. I HIGHLY recommend the doctors mentioned above since they are the ones I've seen most recently and were phenomenal. Thank you to all of them and to Beatrice for your care.

I just went to Azul Vision center in Huntington Beach and had a very good experienc. I've been going there for years and always get excellent, courteous treatment but this time I was more anxious than ever because I was experiencing symptoms I hadn't had before. Dr. Mimi Phan and her staff are so professional, reassuring and kind I totally recommend them for your eye care needs. Within 3 business days I have an appointment with a cataract surgeon at Azul Vision and am confident in their professionalism and expertise.

Dr Pham did a great job with recommendation of the prize lenses. The Optician also did a great job. I picked my new glasses and they perfectly correct tge issue. Thx.

Arrived early and was able to be seen early. Dr. Tompkins was very cordial and thorough. Was able to take care of my issue all in one visit!

The doctor (Jennie Tran) is great. I feel like she listens to my questions and concerns, and she gives detailed explanations and answers. I would give her the highest rating. My only issue was that a technician pointed out something in my scan that he said was a potential major concern. When Dr Tran saw the scan a few days later, she made me feel at ease by saying it was completely normal. The technician--who was friendly and attentive and positive in every other way--should not have interpreted the scan in that way. It lead to a weekend of anxiety for me. Other than that, the visit was a good experience.

Time was gold . It was fast and quick visit/check up . Everything was orderly in placed. Thanks to the all staffs front desk , assessment /evaluation In just a few minutes waiting for Dr. Myles Brookman arrived with the staff and right away start the procedure. Thanks God no hassled and got my follow up appointment.

Professional Knowledgeable and explained each process and treatments. Dr. Tompkins is an exceptional doctor and explained pros and cons and each process he was performing.

Dr. Tompkins was great. He's friendly, professional and answered my main concern. That same day he did laser treatment on my eye and minutes later I could see perfectly clear again! Wonderful surprise for me!! Whole staff was great also!!!!
