I was able to get an urgent emergency appt. Breeann at the call center was great. The girls at the desk upon arrival are very nice. Then, Dr Jason was great. My first time here and he spent an hour thoroughly checking my eyes for everything. Went in for itchy eyes and he prescribed meds and listened to my concerns. Great place and close to work. I found my new eye Dr for future check ups. Thank you team at Clarity.

Impressed with Clarity Eye Group from the minute I stepped in. I was immediately greeted by the receptionist and told to take a seat. There were drinks and snacks available in the waiting room. The receptionist even made an announcement if our providers were running late to let us know we weren't forgotten. I actually praised the receptionist because it was the first time in my life a receptionist has done that, and I go to ALOT of doctors appointments. When my name was called I followed the tech into a room to do two different machine exams and then I was taken to a private room where more exams were performed and drops were put in my eyes to dilate them. Everything was explained to me as the tests were performed which kept me at ease. After waiting for my eye to dilate, Dr. Freeman came in and introduced himself, not that I could see him because I had my contacts out and my eyes were dilated (ha!) but he warm warm and professional. We talked about remedies for dry eyes and he gave me good suggestions and even provided samples of drops he hoped would be helpful. I appreciate the fact that he started the treatment with vitamins and OTC drops and didn't go straight to expensive solutions. Dr. Freeman was very knowledgeable and I highly recommend him with the care of your eyes.

I was very impressed with the competent and friendly staff, the hitech equipment, and the instant bond with Dr Novick. I asked a lot of questions and never felt at all rushed. Everything about this practice was streamlined, efficient, and customer oriented. I was able to book my first cataract surgery in a matter of weeks and feel very confident in the outcome. I have been taking my mom for her yearly checks at Clarity Eye Group for 5+ years. We have had nothing but a good experience and just recently Ariana who is front office staff was very helpful and kind when we needed help with scheduling and some insurance issues. Good staff, great technician Skylar, awesome cutting edge technology. Dr Novick warm and professional. I felt rushed when being informed of my options. A certain condition with one eye of concern, that was not addressed to my satisfaction.

They understand my conditions and the implications of those conditions for future care and made sure that we had the time to fully discuss my questions. From the front desk greeting to the woman who gave me the initial eye tests and Dr. Wong's exam, I got excellent care. And Dr. Novick is fabulous. You will feel well taken care of at Clarity.
