I'm honestly done with this place. I drove an hour from Yorba Linda on November 20 2025, and it was a complete waste of my time. The clinic is disorganized, communication is poor, and there's zero sense of urgency or respect for patients/clients who actually show up for their appointments. Nothing about the visit felt professional. I left feeling irritated, ignored, and wondering why I even bothered making the trip in the first place. This is not a place I'd recommend to anyone. They need to seriously fix how they operate before calling themselves a reliable medical office.

Wow! Very well run office! I've had some awful recent experiences with certain specialists not respecting my time. Not here! I mentioned that even though I am old I am still employed full time and cannot afford a really long wait time. Fortunately I was seen well within my timeframe and everyone in the office was pleasant and professional! Not always easy to find! Very nice experience and kudos to everyone in the office!!

I just want to send a HUGE thank you to Dr. Do and all the staff at this office. Not only did they get me in same day and last minute, they were very intelligent and CARING! It turned out that I have a retinal detachment and had a panic attack in the office. The level of care these people have is beyond fantastic. They even called me after to check in on me. I just am still stuck saying WOW. If you have any doubts about this place please dont. They are A+++ 10/10 in expertise and care. I will always come back here. THANK YOU AGAIN!!

I love my doctor but their office is completely inept. To make an appointment, they leave you on hold 20 minutes, and then you then need to leave a message and they don't call you back. On top of it, they never return calls period for anything. I am done with this office and looking for a new doctor, unfortunately.

I figured they had to work me in to the schedule so quickly so I understand completely that the wait took longer. The front and back office staff were very nice and answered any questions I had. The doctor was equally nice and was very confident in my diagnosis and even though he is leaving this practice, he made sure his colleagues would be available for me.

Excellent customer service with friendly, kind and professional techs. Dr. Do was attentive, thorough and happy to answer my questions. This was my first visit with Dr. Do since my former opthomologist retired. I'm confident that she will be a very capable caregiver.
On my second visit, I also received kind and thorough care from Dr Do and her staff, especially Samantha and Jessica.
Today, my third visit, I had a procedure to alleviate possible pressure issues in my right eye. As always, the staff and Dr Do were friendly, efficient and professional.

I called to schedule an appointment as I had received an authorization from my primary doctor. The girl that answered was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I explained to her that I had an authorization and received a call from their office to schedule. Her response with such sass was "well did we leave you a voicemail?" Then she asked for my name. My last name isn't very common so I was spelling it out and she cut me off and put me on hold without saying anything. I had her on speaker and even my husband couldn't believe she did that.
Then she comes back and said they haven't received my authorization so she can't do anything. I told her that's weird because they called me weeks ago. She checks again then says "okay we did receive it but the doctor said we can't do the test here because it involves etc etc". Which honestly a relief because I didn't want to go to this office anymore because of her attitude. I was ready to call my doctor and ask for a referral to a different specialist. Thank goodness I'm going to a different location so I don't have to deal with this rude, immature girl. Way to spread the holiday cheer!
