Awful Service.. My Dad had an appointment at 2pm, they told us to be there at 1:30pm. We did make it at 1:30pm, at the desk the lady told us to set down, we sat for 20 minutes, and not even gave us the patient information sheet to fill up, so I went to the desk an asked for it. We filled it up, and gave it to them. We sat there till 3:15pm, and yet our appointment were at 2pm. We were not happy about it, and went to the desk at 3pm, and the gal told me there is one patient ahead of me, so I said ok.. we sat down again and all the sudden they called another person that he came after us.. infact they called 2 people who came after us.. So we went to them and told them cancel us, my point is.. they are NOT organized and don't know what they are doing.. Its nightmare there, when it comes to appointments.. I been to eye doctors before but frankly this is the first time I had to wait forever, and ran into such Incompetent people.

When your gut tells you something ain't right listen to it! I could have saved myself the aggravation of not getting phone calls returned and the business being suddenly closed without even as much as courteous note on the door. The place is closed has been for at least a month. I will be taking both my parents elsewhere.

Dr. Brown is without a doubt the best eye doctor I have ever seen. He is very knowledgable, shows great concern and, goes out of his way to explain everything that is happening. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Brown. I have been his patient for almost two years, some times havings to see him monthly for my vision problems.

Dr. Brown is a exceptional Dr but the staff a different story. Had a appointment and I was skiped, 5 people were seen that came after I did and when I brought it to their attention they were bothered by it.

Grossly inefficient front desk personnel. The wait Time is ridiculous. We came there 30 minutes ahead of our schedule and was seen after 70 min . The physician and the office manager may need to replace their staff.

The staff up front lost 8+ copayments when my mom never goes in without paying. That's over $200 that they magically say they don't have from us! They say they keep receipts but obviously they don't input them right away and end up loosing them! Why should my mother have to pay 8+ copayments that she already payed for!! It's ridiculous!!

Rude manager ( meradee ) yelling at employees, exposed patient information in front of other patients like name date of birth and medication, breaking all levels of hipaa and OSHA violations.

The staff was very nice in helping me get numbers and names to the people I needed. Thank you.
