Missed my first appointment then rescheduled twice. The nurse at Dr. Packards office reminded me that I have rescheduled three times. So maybe I should call when I'm ready!
What?????? No matter how many times you cancel then reschedule you should not be confronted with your issues.

The worst experience at this office with this doctor. Talk about racism through health care. He was unclear about the insurance coverage and became irrational. I tried asking questions about what he meant and he continued being condescending towards me. He asked me to leave his office because "I didn't like having professional exams."

This doctor is an incredibly kind and open man and he made me feel so at ease. He was extremely informative in even telling me about my bad eyesight and all of the problems that can come from it that I would've never even begun to imagine. He didn't act like a doctor no bed side maker he acted like he didn't want us there .we were hinted that he was no good. We should have listened iam still not happy with the glasses. They are wrong so I put my old ones back on
