You don't need to come on time, because they will let you wait for more than 1 hour. Service? I will say Ok, I checked how long we need to wait? They said you are next nicely, and another half hour waiting. I don't see what is the point to have an appointment time.

After eye examination, Dr. Jwo explained the results clearly, professional and efficient, and he offered some helpful suggestions. sometimes we are a little worried and anxious, thank him for his understanding and patience. The other staff are very nice. This time I have a problem with my eyes,the doctor is a rich experience and responsible one,the lady at the front desk is friendly and works very seriously.
