FLOE Optometry

I can not rave about FLOE optometry and Dr Wong more. I am so impressed with their level of care of service! Everyone here is incredibly friendly, professional, and truly goes above and beyond to help. Dr. Wong is detail-oriented and takes the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I always feel comfortable and well cared for. The staff is equally wonderful--organized, welcoming, and always willing to accommodate my schedule or needs. It's rare to find a team that's both so thorough and so kind. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional eye care and great service!

The staff at this optometry center are absolutely exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I received world-class care from Daisy, Liz, and Dr. Wong. There was zero wait time, the service was top-tier, and the prices were unbeatable. Daisy went above and beyond by personally following up on my rebate and making sure I received it! That kind of dedication is rare these days. It's hard to find a business that truly cares about its patients and consistently delivers such an outstanding experience. This place sets the standard for excellence in vision care!

I had to bring my three month old to my eye exam today, and my optometrist was incredible. She went above and beyond and was so patient in examining me while I held my fussy baby. I also had a great experience picking out some new glasses; the staff members made great suggestions for frames and were mindful of my budget. I've been going to this office for 4 years and had a great experience every time!

Floe Optometry is the best in Irvine! I had an annual appointment for an eye exam; to dilate my eyes and to order contact lenses. From the moment I walked in the office; Elyssa was so professional and kind. She guided me through all the eye tests, answered my questions and explained the costs of the exam. I was a bit nervous about the dilation of my eyes, could I drive home after the appointment, etc. She explained it all. Great professional and person. Floe Optometry is fortunate to have Elyssa on the team. Dr. Chiu is the absolute best; always a great exam with her. She explains all the details of the eye exam, is patient and doesn't rush the exam process and really cares about her patients. She is a great Mom, too! Lastly, Victoria was great explaining the costs, what my insurance would cover, when I would receive my contact lenses, etc. Victoria even helped expedite the contact lenses delivery for me because I was running low at home. Overall, a great Optometry office and team. Dr. Chiu is, again, the best and so kind! Victoria is great. Elyssa is #1! Run, don't walk, to Floe Optometry. Plenty of parking, too!

Thank you so much to FLOE Optometry!!! I am here on Thanksgiving vacation and have been wearing Ortho-K for 12 years, and this was the first time I forgot to bring my Ortho-K plunger!! I realized that they don't sell them at the local drug stores, so I called FLOE Optometry on the chance that they would have some extra, which they did. I wasn't able to catch the receptionist's name, but she was so kind and generous to be able to give one to me!! I am extremely grateful to her, happy Thanksgiving!

Staff is very polite and accommodating. Dr. Justin Wong is excellent and explained everything clearly and gave me my prescription in no time. I'll definitely be coming back.

Our family has been going to FLOE for the past 9 years for all our eye exams, glasses and contacts. Dr. Wong and Dr. Chou are both amazing and listen to our concerns to ensure all our eye needs are met! The staff is always so welcoming and make us feel like family. I highly recommend FLOE!
