I have been seeing Dr. Jayne Ge for over 8 years and happy to say I'm very satisfied with her being my ophthalmologist. She's very thorough, patient and always listens patiently with any issues I may have. Her staff is also efficient and helpful. Thank you!

I have a condition called corneal erosion. At times I have been in an acute state where I cannot get my eye into a comfortable state for hours or even days. It feels as though my eyelid is sandpaper blinking over my eyeball. It is unbearable. Dr. GE has found a remedy that works everytime, and even has allowed me to come in without an appointment to help me! She's truly been a lifesaver!

WARNING!!!!!! If you are looking to get an Orth-K, please don't choose this place if you don't want to waste your time and money. I brought my son to this place for an Orth-K with Venus Tsai. After trying several lenses, she told us that she would give up the trials with my son's vision adjusted to 20/80 and 20/40. With my strong insistence, she tried another pair of lenses which brought my son's eyes to 20/30 and 20/60, and she stopped the trials and ordered permanent lenses for us. Since she can do something about it, I am wondering why she give up? I pay thousands of dollars with my son's eye not well adjusted! She told me it is my son's problem, and not everyone can do 20/20. However, I went to a different doctor, and the doctor was able to adjust my son's vision to 20/20 within a month! This confirms my belief that a doctor's skill matters! The front desk and management have a terrible attitude and always seem impatient. Visiting this place was a nightmare for us. Suppose I could rate a negative 5 star for this place. I would do that!

They have optometrist there Venus Tsai that doe snot take any time for patience at all and it might get out with very wrong prescription. She changed my prescription 3 times in 10 minutes and of course, this does not work now!!!! She should be much more careful and the practice should be willing to repeat the exam if the mistake was made. But instead, the practice is hungry for money and just wants to charge for another exam! Of course, I am not repeating the exam there NEVER.

You people who are trashing Dr. Ge, you are referring to Dr. Vicki Ge who is NOT Dr. Ge the opthalmologist. You should really delete your feedback.

I have found Dr. Ge and her staff very friendly and competent. The doctor took her time to listen to my questions, then took her time to thoroughly answer them. The facility is clean and there is plenty of comfortable seating in the waiting room.

I had made reservations and flight plans for st.John's and no one else could touch me!!! Then again, maybe the risks were too high, I was lucky, very lucky. She is the best!!!!
