My partner and I use this office for all our eye care. The office is always clean and organized. Our eye doctor Mila Kamenov is very proficient, amiable and professional, she even love our service dog that joins us all the time. Also a big shoutout to their optician Teo Munoz who's always been very accommodating and helpful to make sure all our eye glass lenses are at par, clean and perfectly fits our eyes. We will definitely refer all our friends and relatives to this office for any of their eye care needs.

We had a poor experience. My brother got referred here by urgent care to further investigate a bilateral mydriasis diagnosis with red eyes + discharge. The doctor refused to see him because he shifted around too much (he's nonverbal autistic), and refused to talk to us at all about next/alternative steps. I understand that many offices are not equipped to handle patients such as my brother, but the flat out refusal to even look at him was humiliating. I ended up getting an eye doctor on the phone from the clinic next door, free of charge, who was able to give us some ideas on how to proceed.

My experience wasn't a positive one. I came for the prescription and they gave me one that was too high for me. So I had to come in again and get lectured on how to use glasses... .With updated prescription the glasses became marginally better, but still very uncomfortable. After wearing them for about a month I noticed I had blurry vision and couldn't see things that I used to see with my previous 2 year old glasses. So when they renewed the prescription they must have messed up with some other parameter. So I just got back to my old glasses and blurry vision stopped. It's frustrating I used my insurance on them, and I am stuck with the glasses I simply cannot use. I don't want to go back, so I'll just wait until I the next year premium kicks in and go to a different place.

Truly enjoyed my visit to this practice today, the staff was really nice and helpful. The Dr couldn't have been better, absolutely a five star experience.

Nick has been so kind and above professional for two years (last 3 visit for Amani,one for Nodia and one for me. He is the reason we return. He makes my daughters so relaxed and always goes above and beyond helping with new insurances. He even special ordered my some lens when they didn't carry them.

A little over 3 years ago I went to Lakeside Vision Center referred by Hoag emergency at the time. Turned out to be fairly routine but did interfere somewhat with my vision. I ordered contacts and glasses from the OD Dr. Wu. He did a terrible job of fitting contacts to the point I stopped wearing them. I told him they were not strong enough and he told me that he didn't like them all that strong. He's not me. I also got regular glasses that I paid about $500. They were OK...not great but I attributed that to the slight loss of vision. Then a week ago I went to the DMV to get my license renewed. I couldn't see the chart. They told me to go to my OD which I finally went back to Dr. Wald . She did an exam and come to find out my prescription that Dr. Wu made for me is off.....a lot off. It's not strong enough. Dr. Wu was incompetent. He let me go around with a prescription so weak that I couldn't pass a driving test. I would really like to have my money back for those useless glasses. When I go back to the DMV I will be informing them as to why I couldn't pass the vision test and who fitted me with the glasses. Gail Ream 325 Mayflower Drive
