As we get older, we realize how important it is to find a doctor's office where we feel not only comfortable, but also genuinely cared for--and this LensCrafters location truly delivered on that. From the moment we walked in, even though they were clearly busy, the staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism. They offered us a same-day appointment, which was both fast and convenient. They quickly took our insurance information, and by the time we returned for our appointment, everything was ready to go. We filled out the usual paperwork, and before we knew it, we were already seeing the doctor. The entire process was seamless and efficient, and the staff made us feel well taken care of every step of the way. After the exam, we were helped with selecting new frames, and the team was incredibly patient, helpful, and friendly throughout. It was honestly one of the most pleasant and smooth healthcare experiences we've had. Thank you to the entire LensCrafters team for your excellent customer service and for making what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable. We truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism.

I visited LensCrafters and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was extremely helpful, professional, and welcoming. Roham especially stood out--he was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Went on for a repair and they only want you to spend money and not fix anything. Also I have my prescription but they do not want to honor it. They can not even help since you need to pay for another one..... the VA takes 10 years to get an apt and they do not care to help. Worst service EVER! I do not trust the male rep. Bad news!

Adam was incredible to work with. He took a lot of time walking me through different options and really went above and beyond to help me find frames that could handle my high prescription without compromising on style. He was patient, thorough, and genuinely invested in making sure I ended up with something that fit well and looked great. I left feeling taken care of, and the pair he helped me choose is perfect. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

Not very pleasant experience this time. They sent me a text message on Friday, February 27 at 7:57PM that my glasses are ready. I went in on Saturday, February 28 at 3PM only to be told that they are not actually ready. The lenses came in but they still need to be cut. I was told they will be ready by Sunday, March 1. I called just to be sure they are ready before I drive down and guess what? Still not ready. Don't send a text message that they are ready when they're not and definitely don't make promises when you can't make them happen.

Andy Nguyen helped us out and he was a big help to us - he was extremely patient, pointed us to many options, and offered an affordable alternative which proved to be a big help and thanks to AAA, a 30% savings. I can't say enough good things about Andy and his help - highly recommend this LensCrafters although the Los Olivos location has a bigger selection.

Dr Patel & the team of drs really helped me with my eye. They had me follow up weekly and I'm finally healed. I'm so grateful they made time for me and helped me. I highly recommend this location & once again I'm so thankful for their help!
