Great experience, on time, Professional, courteous. The only downside, was the wording on the email questionnaire, about "being interested" in contact lenses, used as permission to generate an exam at an additional fee which I was not expecting. HOWEVER, both Crystal and Vickie handled the situation professionally and resolved it quickly to my satisfaction. Cant wait to pick up my new glasses!
