The lady at the front desk was so sweet and understood my situation with both my glasses' nose pieces not staying put. She perfectly fixed them and made sure they last forever. I'm definitely gonna come back as usual and thank you so much again! :)

I came in for my annual eye exam with Dr. Chang and was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. I was greeted by the front desk (Karla), who was very nice and patient with me as I filled out the required forms. Bri took my diagnostics on the machines shortly after, and I saw Dr. Chang almost immediately afterwards. Dr. Chang is so patient and kind throughout the whole process, explaining the rationale behind parts of the exam. She also noticed that my astigmatism was significantly higher on the machine vs. my current glasses, and personally double checked to ensure the readings were accurate (they were, but she explained that the machine occasionally glitches). The whole process was so smooth and easy - overall, I would highly recommend this office for their service, and will be back for my next annual exam!

Both front desk and doctor are perfect

Don't know what they doing!!!! They ruined my first glasses and after waiting again they called to pick up my glasses but this guy is ignoring me and talking to the customer for a long time without paying attention to me!! Very rude. Just give me my glasses then continue your socializing and explaining. With this attitude, they have to deliver my glasses or I will cancel the glasses and ask for refunds. I'm tired waiting 4 weeks to get the right glasses.

Although I just went in and have not received my glasses yet, the staff (Especially Peter!) took the time to answer any questions and help with my eyeglass selection. They even stayed after hours until I was comfortable and satisfied with my selection!

Dr. Chang was great, she is enthusiastic, explains everything with passion, and made my visit very pleasurable with help of front desk.

I was pleasantly surprised with the personal level of care and professionalism at Vision Experts Optometry. I was walked through the whole process of getting an exam and a new pair of glasses very clearly and throughly. I was very happy with the service and will return with all my vision needs. Tip of the hat, for sure.

Well versed in insurance fraud. They will skim extra money off you if you use insurance. Let's say you want to buy glasses that cost $300 and insurance will cover $200 of it, they will then charge you $200 for those glasses and pocket the extra $100. Don't believe me? Go there yourself.
